Quality assurance is about consistently delivering services that meet or exceed expectations. EMJ Coaching LTD is committed to providing high-quality, professional services in career, leadership, and life coaching. This commitment is rooted in continuous improvement, professional integrity, and alignment with client needs.

Quality Standards

Quality standards set the benchmark for what clients and audiences can expect. By aligning with professional codes of ethics and tailoring services to individual or organisational goals, EMJ Coaching Ltd   will

  • deliver its services  in line with industry standards (ICF and EMCC Code of Ethics) as well as the NMC code.
  • ensure coaching, leadership and life coaching services are  tailored to audience client needs, objectives, and context and are designed to empower, equip, and inspire clients.

Quality Measures

To maintain quality, services will  be regularly evaluated and improved based on feedback, personal and organisational reflections, and engaging in professional development to ensure EMJ Coaching Ltd’s work remains effective and responsive to client needs. EMJ Coaching will:

  • collect structured feedback after coaching programmes and events.
  • review meetings and reflect  after each engagement to assess effectiveness.
  • Engage in ongoing CPD, supervision, and training.

     

Risk and Reliability

Clients rely on services being professional, timely, and dependable. Managing risks and having clear agreements in place helps build trust, ensures expectations are met, and minimises disruption. EMJ Coaching will:

  • maintain clear contracts and service agreements before work begins.
  • ensure services are delivered on time, to specification, and with professional conduct.
  • activate contingency planning for unexpected disruptions (illness, IT failure).

     

Continuous Improvement

Quality assurance requires ongoing reflection and innovation. EMJ Coaching Ltd will

  • learn  from feedback, benchmarking against best practice, and updating tools and methods to ensure services remain relevant and effective.
  • incorporate learning into service delivery.
  • benchmark against industry best practice.
  • regularly update resources, methods, and tools used in delivery.

     

Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and reflects best practice to the work being delivered and responsive to changes in industry standards. Policy reviewed annually.
