Legacy Mentoring
Programme
The Legacy Mentoring Programme is a 6-week journey that is designed to honour the wisdom and contributions of nurses, midwives, and AHPs nearing retirement to reflect on their personal and professional experiences, recognise the impact they’ve made, and intentionally shape their legacy.
Through reflective exercises, meaningful discussions, and hands-on activities, participants will deepen self-awareness and gain the skills and confidence to inspire and empower the next generation of practitioners.
